Downtown Noblesville is detail work
The blocks around the courthouse square have genuinely old houses with porches, turned posts, decorative trim, and rooflines that change direction three or four times across a single front elevation. These are the most rewarding properties we light and the slowest to quote, because the value is in picking out the detail rather than outlining the whole thing.
Porch railings, columns, and window trim usually matter more here than the roof peak. We quote these by walking the house with you and agreeing on what to emphasize, not by measuring linear feet and multiplying.
Morse Reservoir and the newer subdivisions
North and east of town the housing changes completely: newer, larger, and in many cases facing Morse Reservoir. Waterfront properties need the lake elevation lit as well as the street side, and a design that only considers the driveway approach misses half the audience.
