Two kinds of housing, two kinds of design
The area around Fort Benjamin Harrison has established homes with mature trees, brick, and traditional proportions. Further out, Lawrence has newer subdivision housing with taller two-story elevations and younger landscaping. Those two need different designs, and a company that quotes both the same way is not really designing anything.
On the older homes the trees and the entry usually carry the display. On the newer ones the roofline does. We walk the property and tell you which one your house is before quoting.
What is included either way
Design walk, commercial-grade lighting cut to your measurements, all clips and timers, install on a scheduled dry day, service any time something fails through the season, and full removal in January.
Nothing is stapled into fascia or shingles, and the lights are stored for you rather than handed back in a bin.
